• Short description: The city of Bad Dürrenberg intends to complete the external facade of the Friedrich-Engels-Elementary School with the following main dimensions: * Remove 3 existing sockets, store them temporarily and reinstall them * 7 pcs lamps, Reinstall spotlights with motion detectors, break bells, etc * Supply, lay and install 80 m lightning protection building conductor * Install 1 piece of lightning protection for a single-story extension on the schoolyard side with new double standing seam sheet metal * 1 piece testing/acceptance and Documentation of the lightning protection system to be rebuilt --- Several main offers are permitted, whereby each main offer must be eligible for the award on its own. All main offers that cannot be accepted on their own will be removed from the Procurement procedures excluded. --- Additional offers are permitted Minimum requirements for additional offers: 1. All specifications as listed in the implementation planning and tender also apply to additional offers to comply. 2. Suggested changes regarding traffic safety, traffic routing, deadlines, construction procedures and others require the consent of all clients, responsible authorities and all affected third parties and are included in the additional offer to submit. 3. Additional offers require a description that shows all changes compared to the solution contained in the tender documents (including disadvantages). If reference is made to calculations (e.g. statics) or plans, these are included in a verified form (e.g. statics) with the additional offer 4.
