Description:
The city of Bielefeld is planning to renovate a building at GY Heepen, Beckerstrasse 9-11 in 33719 Bielefeld. For buildings 10 and 11, heat is supplied via 3 heat pumps, gas boilers, buffer storage and 3-4 heating circuits. Several exhaust fans with BSK for ventilation Sanitary rooms. The gym is supplied by the system with heat for heating, hot water preparation and ventilation systems and has its own automation station that is connected. Building automation services: New control cabinet with all the necessary. Built-in components. Automation station with BACnet. Control of the system components heating, ventilation as well as messages from the building technology. Connection of heat pumps and boilers with management system via communication as BACnet, Modbus, etc. BAC-Net communication to 2 further automation stations in different buildings on the property. WEB server of the automation station enables operation with a standard browser without connection to the Internet, without cloud connection and without special operating programs/apps. Dismantling old MSR, disconnecting and connecting work, programming, commissioning.
