Description:
Due to structural deficits and space requirements, the Jahnschule is to be renovated and, in the long term, prepared to accommodate the secondary school and a year group house for the high school. Around 5,500m2 are to be completely renovated, around 1,700m2 are to be partially renovated, and the toilet wing is to be returned with around 350m2built and the changing area with around 800m2 was rebuilt. In addition, as part of the construction work, a redesign of the schoolyard in front of the Jahnschule and the inner courtyard with around 8,000m2 is absolutely necessary. On this basis, the real estate specialist service creates a design andApproval planning. The investment volume for the construction project amounts to a total of EUR 15.7 million. The services of technical equipment (heating, ventilation and sanitary technology) are advertised in accordance with Section 55 HOAI 2021 of service phases 3-8 for system groups 1 (wastewater, water and gassystems), 2 (heat supply systems), 3 (air conditioning systems) and 8 (building automation). It is assumed that the planning services can begin immediately after the order has been placed.
