Description:
Renovation and fire protection upgrade of the Martin Andersen Nexoe cultural center in Ruedersdorf near Berlin. This is an early second construction phase. Work that needs to be done includes renovation work on the basement masonry, new basement light wells, etc Renewal of the plaster on the basement wall, new vertical sealing, renovation of the basement stair walls and all work that is necessary or arises in this context. In the HLS and electrical areas, the dry riser and lightning protection system are being implemented. Necessary Construction site equipment and safety measures are also included. Also necessary, as it will no longer be possible at a later date, is the HDI process for one of the foundations of the elevators.
