The specialist planning services in accordance with § 55 HOAI are to be commissioned for the renovation of the existing town hall building in Bodenwoehr
When the contract is concluded, a section or component-by-section and step-by-step commission is agreed. Performance level 1 includes the performance phase for all componentsen 1 and 2. Performance level 2 includes performance phases 3 and (4 if necessary), performance level 3 includes performance phases 5 to 7 and performance level 4 includes performance phases 8 and 9. There is no need for any building fabric to be processed as all systems are newly installed. The special services thatThese include the preparation of fire protection certificates, participation in the procurement of funding, monitoring the elimination of defects and the creation of extended inventory documentation as a special service in service phase 9. These are accessed as required. The testing expert Brand protection is commissioned by the customer. The buildings or parts of buildings to be processed can be found in detail from the site plan enclosed with the tender or the description. The assumed costs of cost groups 410 to 430 are around 238,000 euros without VAT. The contract termdoes not contain the services of service phase 9 and the special services of phase 9, which are commissioned in addition to the basic services. The contract value and duration are forecast values.
