Description:
In 2019, the city of Rastatt acquired the listed post office building in Rastatt, which was built in 1928. After repairs and fire protection upgrades, it has been used as an additional administration building since the end of 2020 to address the lack of space to accommodate city employeesThe city of Rastatt is now planning to convert and renovate the building. The aim is to restructure departments, use synergies and take into account the requirements of today's workplaces. In order to be able to implement all of this, on Wedteffect of the property planner, user approvals necessary.
The following services are provided for the individual system groups:
- Sanitary installation: Should be completely renewed
- Ventilation installation: Should be completely renewed in the sanitary rooms, Requirement
