- Renovation of the St. Getreu Church in Bamberg, specialist planning for plaster and framing The St. Getreustiftung Bamberg, represented by the real estate management of the city of Bamberg, is planning the renovation of the St. Getreu Church in Bamberg. A detailed description can Tender documents - Appendix 01 can be found. In parallel to the specialist planning for plastering and framing, the specialist planning for ELT and lighting planning is also put out to tender using the VgV procedure. The subject of the proceedings is specialist restoration planning for historical plastering and restoration Frame surfaces as part of the general renovation of the St. Getreu Church. The project execution is based on the service phases 1 - 8 of the property planning buildings and interior spaces according to HOAI 2021, part 3, section 1, §§ 33 ff. - gradual commissioning of the Basic services for service phases 1 to 9, - initially only level 1 with LPH 1+2 including associated special services - further stages according to contract template according to HAV-KOM architect contract Special services: - Compilation and evaluation Inventory documents and restoration reports from previous measures - Diagnostic examinations and sample creation (carry out or arrange for) The goal setting phase according to the German Civil Code (BGB) has been completed. The appointment of the planners depends on the provision the financial resources intended. There is no legal right to the assignment or the assignment of further stages or special services.
