Description:
Renovation of the terraced outdoor pool (TFB)
The terraced outdoor pool in Frechen is being extensively renovated. The heat supply for
hot water in the sanitary and changing area is provided with an air-water
heat pump system technology. The heat pump systems supply a storage system. The
storage facility is used for vesupply of hot fresh water stations. An existing gas boiler is available for heating the
swimming pools.
Main dimensions from the tender documents:
138 m. Steel pipe of various dimensions from DN 15 - DN 150 including associated fittings and
connecting pieces and fastenings. It is optional whether the connection method is chosen as
pressing or welding. Thermal insulation with aluminum-laminated insulation shells and coarse-grain coating in the joint area with sheet metal jacket. 4 high-efficiency heat exchanger pumps,
24 flanged shut-off valves and non-return valves DN 32 - 65, Manund
thermometer. 2 finned tube electric heaters. Thermal insulation for the aforesaid piping systems. Air-to-water heat pump with 5 cascaded outdoor units, 3 system buffer tanks each with 1,500 l, 2 fresh water stations.
