Heating installation:
- Complete installation of the heat distribution network (copper pipeline approx. 560 m, multi-layer composite pipe approx. 930 m, steel piping approx. 340 m),
- Connection to on-site district heating station,
- Installation of 89 tube radiators,
- Commissioning and settlement of the total heating technology.
Ventilation installation:
- about 50 m ventilation tube (winding pipe, exhaust air),
- Installation of a exhaust air device (250 m3 / h) as well as single room controls in the sanitary rooms,
- Fire protection effort of the respective supply lines.
Start of construction: 2.11.2021 - 12.12.2022 (acceptance).
