Description: The building industry of the city of Bocholt plans the renovation of the Town Hall and Theater Bocholt, at Berliner Platz 1, in 46395 Bocholt as well as top-up / expansion of the inventory building. The building complex of administration buildings and theater is located on an artificial island in the Bocholter AA and is therefore only on pedestrian bridges and a fire brigade to reach. The renovation work and extensions require winter construction heating in the autumn and winter months for the construction period.
