Description:
The subject of the tender is architectural services according to HOAI for a renovation measure, which are awarded as part of a phased contract.
Performance phase 0 is intended to create all the conditions to to start the Heinsberg indoor swimming pool renovation project correctly from a professional, technical and economic point of view, and in particular to create the conditions for submitting a funding application.
In the first planning stage, service phases 0 to 2 must therefore be provided, including the requirements program, Inventory analysis, preliminary design and cost estimate up to the 2nd level as well as the corresponding processing and preparatory work for the application documents.
Service phases 0 to 2 must be completed by the end of March 2026, so that the funding application can be submitted immediately by the city of Heinsberg can.
Service phase 3 will only be commissioned when the city of Heinsberg can assume with some certainty that the funding application will be approved by the funding provider.
Service phases 4 to 8 will only be commissioned if the city of Heinsberg has received a positive funding commitment is present.
