BARMER, one of the leading statutory health insurance companies in Germany, is planning a comprehensive renovation of its main administration building in Wuppertal under the name "Renovation Campus Wuppertal". The subject of this tender is the award unit (VE) 313 interior design.
Renovation of the Wuppertal campus, VE313 Interior fittings
The subject of the contract VE 313 "Interior construction" to be awarded is - in addition to the general construction site furnishing - the following services, which are part of the tender: The interior construction covers an area to be developed totaling approx. 26,151 m2, spread over five floors and a technical level. The services include the following trades: - drywall work, - interior plastering work, - screed work, - raised floor and cavity floor work, - tiling work (wall and floor tiles), - delivery and assembly of doors and frames, - mobile partition system, - system partition walls with integrated doors; Scope of services in detail: approx. 12,000 m2 of drywall, approx. 500 pieces of interior doors and frames (wooden doors), approx. 1,500 m2 of interior plastering areas, approx. 3,000 m2 of screed, approx. 22,000 m2 of raised floor and cavity floor work, 1 piece of mobile partition system, approx. 28 m of system partition walls with 3 integrated double doors, approx. 600 m2 of floor tiles, approx. 500 m2 of wall tiles. The services must be carried out in the period from February 2nd, 2026 to December 18th, 2026.
