Description:
BARMER, one of the leading statutory health insurance companies in Germany, is carrying out a comprehensive renovation of its main administration building in Wuppertal under the name "Renovation Campus Wuppertal". The subject of this tender is the award unit (VE) 321 locksmiths/metal doors.

The subject of the contract to be awarded is the installation of 190 single and double-leaf sheet steel doors including frames as well as 53 single and double-leaf aluminum-glass tubular frame doors including frames, each in different dimensions with and without Fire protection. Various doors are equipped with the following additional components: a) Access control with and without video surveillance, b) Bell button, c) Magnetic contacts, d) Anti-panic lock, e) Electronic opening (motor control), f) Door stop, g) OTS with and without electronic locking. The order also includes 5 fire protection curtains in different sizes including all necessary controls such as manual buttons, hold-open systems, etc. The control and cabling are included here. Finally, single and double-flight steel stairs as well as a spiral staircase are included the tender. All stairs are equipped with appropriate handrails or railings. The services are to be carried out in the period from May 4th, 2026 to January 29th, 2027.
