The state capital Potsdam intends to commission the rent of multifunctional devices for administration (lot 1) and for the schools of the state capital Potsdam (Los 2) as part of an open procedure in accordance with Section 15 VGV.
Rent of multifunctional devices for the administration of the state capital Potsdam
The object of the order includes: for the administration of the state capital Potsdam (Los 1): -The rent of 134 multifunctional devices (network -compatible), -the transfer of software and software maintenance, -aie to support and services, -I connection with consumption -based billing In the event of a device, the device maintenance, device parade and device growth if necessary and recorded data deletion after the end of the contract. The devices are to be on the administrative campus of LHP, Friedrich-Ebert-Strasse 79/81 and in the other 33 administrative branch offices in the urban area are provided by Potsdam. The estimated printing volume is around 6,000 million pages a year, of which approx. 5 million pages in black and white and 1 million pages in color.
