As part of the upcoming rental activities of Fraport AG, potential tenants should be used for the available counter and back office areas as well as rental car parking spaces in the parking garage systems (including premium counter and parking spaces) to operate a car rental in the terminal1 of the Frankfurt/Main Airport.
Frankfurt Airport is an attractive location for car rental companies. In 2024, around 61.5 million passengers used them, spread over terminals 1 and 2. In addition, the airport has a good ICE connection through theFernbahnhof, where many travelers switch to rental cars to continue their journey. The aim is to make an optimalUse of land use by suitable tenants and a sustainable strengthening of the car rental business at Frankfurt Airport.
