• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the rental and maintenance, the provision of technical customer service, the elimination of malfunctions and the carrying out of repairs for printing and copying technology (including multifunctional systems) for subordinate facilities in Sponsored by the Bautzen district. The rental property must have the “Blue Angel” and “Energy Star” certifications. The rental flat rate includes the services (all conceivable costs, additional costs, travel costs, other expenses) and all costs Consumables (exclusively paper!!) according to the list of services plus the applicable statutory VAT. The standard price offered includes the delivery, installation and collection of all devices including the original toner equipment as well as on-site instruction/training. All devices should be rented including a maintenance contract, which includes the following minimum services: • Spare parts, operating resources, other wearing parts, ink drums, etc. • Toner, consumables (except Copy paper) • Travel costs, working hours and other expenses • Payment method 1/4 yearly after service provision • Contractual conditions in accordance The required systems must be new devices, ready for operation by the facilities from August 1st, 2026 are available and can be picked up at the end of the contract term, at the latest 10 working days afterwards. The device classes (GK) G1 - G7 are specified, whereby the device classes G1 - G5 must be from the same manufacturer. The device classes G6 - G7 must also be from a (same) manufacturer, which is preferably the same as for device classes G1 - G5. The calculation of the prints/copies/scans for the duration is included in the evaluation of the offer, but is not commissioned because the Billing is based on actual consumption.
