- The main services to be carried out in this tender relate to the repair of the bearings of the bridges and seals of the lifting gates of the Leda barrage. The following basic process is planned: - The repairs of the 60 bearings of the 3 bridge trains (traffic, operational and... Footbridge), 5 individual fields each, are to be carried out as part of the drainage of the respective opening of the Leda barrage so that access to the warehouses can be set up with work and support scaffolding. Repair opening. Lada barrier + seals for lifting gate o 2027: Repair of 20 bearings of the bridge fields of opening 4 + 5 of the Lada barrier + seals for lifting gate or 2028: Repair of 20 bearings of the bridge spans of the opening 3 of the Lada barrage + seals of the lifting gate - - Timing per year: April to mid-June (1st bridge span) and mid-July to early October (2nd bridge span), 2.5 months each - The following services must be provided within three years: - Factory planning of the 30 movable bearings of the traffic, operating and footbridge immediately after the contract has been placed by the contractor - Construction site setup / barriers / traffic control for each bridge - Scaffolding work: work and support scaffolding with planning as well as the assembly and dismantling of auxiliary supports for Raising the operating bridge - Lifting the bridges with presses on pillars and abutment benches and auxiliary supports - Renewal of the 30 roller bearings with repair of the bearing plates including blasting and corrosion protection work - Repair of the 30 fixed bearings with blasting work and subsequent Corrosion protection - concrete repair work on the concrete longitudinal beams and support benches of the bridges - hydraulic steel construction work: repair of the 4 vertical seals of the respective lifting gate: Is...
