Description:
Repair of the bridge deck The existing bridge was built about ten years ago and has a wooden deck that is now showing significant signs of wear. Some of the floorboards are broken or loose, especially if they are high Public traffic at the HRB Emscher Auen poses a significant risk of accidents. The plan is to completely remove the old wooden planks for repairs. The plan is then to install a substructure to increase the previous construction height maintained, followed by a new surface made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP).
