Divided into two Lots (Lot 1: Concrete repair, Lot 2: Traffic management) and supported by funding from the Investment Bank of the State of Brandenburg (ILB) from the infrastructure funding program Joint task "Improvement of the regional economic structure" (GRW-I) This procedure is intended to be used to award repair work (concrete renovation) in the underground car park. The building was constructed of reinforced concrete at the end of the 1990s. The underground car park, access to which is via a two-lane ramp via Spiekerstrasse 9, has an area of ​​approx. 1,900 m² and has 79 parking spaces.
