The repair of the DP 4036 with a replacement loading crane. The existing loading crane must be replaced by an equivalent new loading crane due to age and wear (combined with an uncertain supply of spare parts). Scope of services: GENERAL: - Overpass - Execute disembarkation - Clean the hull - Carry out stability studies and strength calculations - Carry out testing/acceptance - Create and deliver technical documentation SHIP'S BODY - Make crane foundation - Ground connection attach and label FIXED EQUIPMENT: -Replace loading crane - Supply orange peel grabs - Supply combination grippers - Maintain coupling winches - Maintain windlass - Renew wooden planks stone box CORROSION PROTECTION - Corrosion protection work in the crane foundation area execute SHIP PROPULSION SYSTEMS - Carry out maintenance on the engine auxiliary unit SHIP OPERATIONAL FACILITIES - Renew on-board hydraulic system ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING - Dismantle existing electrical installations and dispose of them properly - Electrical installation completely new make Main part (1): Repair of ships or boats (50244000-7)
