• Description:
• The repair of the electrical and control technology of the Plate lifting bridge includes the following essential construction work: Electrical engineering: - Dismantling of the existing electrical system without cameras, loudspeakers, shipping and road signals (Attention: The control cabinet and sub-distribution housings remain exist and are reused), - dismantling of the old control devices in the technical building, - construction of a new main distribution and a new control cabinet as well as a new control and operating unit, including remote control from the control center (LZ) Parchim, - construction a new bridge UV and two new signal UVn, - construction and installation of a new bridge control with integration of the traffic lights, traffic lights, cameras, loudspeakers and barrier system, - construction of a lightning protection and potential equalization system including surge protection, - new installation of supply, telecommunications, control and bus lines or cables if required Control technology: - Programming of a new bridge control for bridge raising and lowering operations, incorporating all existing and to be replaced system parts, including delivery, installation and commissioning as well as the remote control from the control center (LZ) Parchim and operation via a mobile control panel on site as well as an operating unit for maintenance and repair purposes, - delivery, installation and commissioning of an operating system in hardware and software for operating the bridge, including Remote control via the user interface on the PC, - Integration of all existing or remaining system parts into the new bridge control, - Complete the lightning protection, potential equalization and surge protection system
