Description:
The subject of the planning and construction monitoring performance is the repair of the military and lock bridge in Stuttgart-Hofen with the aim of being able to use the bridge for traffic further time. The original load -bearing capacity should continue to be ensured.
The lock bridge was 1957built as a 2-cell hollow box.
The bridge is pre-tensioned using the Baur-Leonhardt process in the tension block process.
The span of the lock bridge is 35.55 m.
The hollow box has a clear height of approx. 1.60 m.Schleusenbruecke widened towards underwater.
The lock bridge spans the Neckar and connects Hofen with Muehlhausen.
This bridge is the only way to cross the Neckar in the east of the city!
Two light rail tracks lead over the bridge with close time timing of the linesU12 and U14, two vehicle traces and two pedestrian paths.
