Description:
The measure includes the renewal of the subtorhydraulics as well as the procurement of the corresponding spare parts (for aggregate and cylinders) to the 4 lock chambers of the
Locking systems Oberhausen and Gelsenkirchen. The lock chambers in Gelsenkirchen and Oberhausen are almost identical. The sub-tore are designed as a Stemmtore.
The sub-tore at the locking systems Oberhausen and Gelsenkirchen are currently operated from one unit with two pumps. The redundancy in these systems is realized by switching the pump streams, so that the operation of both door leaves should be possible with only one pump. This function should be maintained.
In Gelsenkirchen and Oberhausen, a total of 12 hydraulic cylinders are to be produced and delivered. Larger hydraulic cylinders are installed on the subdors of the lock chambers in Gelsenkirchen and also required. With larger cylinders and the required larger flow, in Gelsenkirchen 30 kW and in Oberhausen 15 kW engines are available with the corresponding pumps.
