  Incoming inspection with documentation of the current condition, dismantling of the drive unit (if not completely done yet),

  Services to be carried out:
  - Defects Tear off the rotor winding and pick it up.
  - Remove slip ring body and check.
  - Clean and check the sheet metal package.
  - Have flat copper (=custom size) made.
  - Cut the copper frame to length and bend it.
  - New insulation of the sheet metal stack grooves.
  - Rewinding and bandaging the rotor.
  - Double vacuum Pressure impregnation.
  - Put on the slip ring and connect it.
  - Overtighten the slip ring.
  - Balance the rotor and polish the plain bearing seats.
  Attention:
  The rotor laminated core and the slip ring body can only be removed after the rotor winding has been dismantled

  Services to be carried out:
  - Defective stator winding pick up and tear down.
  - Check the laminated core inductively.
  - Obtain new Roebel press wire (= custom-made).
  - Re-insulate grooves.
  - Insert new winding, bandage and switch.
  - Vacuum-pressure impregnate winding.
  - Clean the inside of the sheet metal package, threads and mating edges.
  - Final electrical test according to DIN EN 60034-1.
  Attention:
  The stator laminated core can only be checked after the winding has been dismantled.
