Delightful establishment of a two-storey replacement new building (BT A) for a daycare center with four Ue3 groups (max. 100 children) in modular Construction (Wooden panel/wooden hybrid/wood module construction) on a reinforced concrete floor plate. And is connected to the existing building Handelstrasse 50 (BT B) via a joint element.
Benefits For planning, delivery and construction including technical building equipment, fire protection measures, extensive roof greening and photovoltaics. Room height of the group rooms is at least 2.75m, the total height of the building is approx. 7.30m. The usable area BT A comprises approx. 1,000 m2. must meet the requirements for heat, sound and fire protection in accordance with the opposite, HBO 2018 and the attached expert opinion.
