• Lot 1-M: Replacement of the mechanical upper gate drives + The following services from the contractor are necessary to ensure the v. G. The aim is to: + - Planning, design, construction, manufacture, installation and commissioning of new drive units in accordance with the valid regulations of DIN 19704 and other relevant ones Rules and regulations, including, but not exclusively, the components mentioned below for each drive side. - Design, construction, manufacture and installation of new articulated rack and associated pinion, after dismantling the existing components. Disassembly and reassembly also includes loosening and fastening the joint rack on the upper gate. - Overhaul of the installed bevel-helical and planetary gears, including dismantling, dismantling, overhauling and reassembly, including Appendix 9, including replacing the rolling bearings and seals with new ones, cleaning the housing from the inside and outside, aligning the shafts and Components, filling with new and suitable gear oil. - Dismantling of the existing machine elements, partly so that these parts could be reused as spare parts.
