Description:
Lot 1-M: Replacement of the drives (mechanical engineering) The lock drives at the Griesheim North and South ship lock systems are to be replaced and the pit covers replaced. The scope of services also includes the steel components for the new foundation Drives, the cylinder connections, as well as the dismantling and disposal of the existing drives, drive parts and covers. Both lock chambers each have their own cable shock protection device, the drives of which should also be replaced. The Construction description essentially includes: - Dismantling and disposal of the existing gate and ULV drives (e.g. piping, cylinders, hydraulic units) - Dismantling and disposal of the shock protection drives (e.g. piping, cylinders, hydraulic units) - Dismantling and disposal of the pit covers - planning, construction and manufacture of the new complete gate, ULV, STS drives - conversion of the impact protection system (EHZ, new bearing axles) - planning, construction and manufacture of the new pit covers and revision of the existing supporting structures - planning, construction and production of new sheet metal covers and stiffening/supporting the supporting structures in the drive houses. - Preparation of calculations and mathematical proofs - Deliver, Install and commission the entire scope of delivery - Create and deliver the execution and inventory documents Weir construction work (CPV code: 45247220)
