The services to be awarded relate to all of the services that need to be provided for a successful introduction of the ERPen Services:
- These are in particular the development of process sequences/workflows for handling the software, the detailed conception, the system delivery and setup, the preparation and implementation of the migration with subsequent quality control as well as system supportI training and user support after commissioning.
- The scope of services also includes all training and support services as part of the system implementation.
