- As part of the animal ecology studies in Unit U4, measurements of the energy balance of macrozoobenthos organisms have been carried out since 2008. These measurements allow to evaluate the health status of the organisms and therefore Analyze and evaluate the effects of maintenance or renaturation on federal waterways as well as the effects of climate change or biological invasions. The HPLC system must contain the following components: - Chromaster 5160 pump with automatic flushing and automatic ventilation valve 600 BAR - Pad for Chromaster 5110 pump - Chromaster low pressure gradient - 6-channel degassing unit for 5110/6 - Chromaster 5260 autosampler with cooling unit - Chromaster 5310 column oven for 30cm column length - Chromaster 5430 DAD detector without flow cell - Chromaster Standard Flow Cell DAD 5430 - Chromaster Organizer - Interface control board For further information, please see the service description.
