The city of Stadtbergen is planning a replacement building for the Pavilion 7 of the Stadtbergen Park School. A new OGS for up to about 160 children is to be created.

Object The order are services of the property planning. If necessary, various special services are also commissioned. - - -The city of Stadtbergen is planning a replacement for the Pavilion 7 of the Stadtbergen Park School (Sonnenstrasse 7, 86391 Stadtbergen). A new open all -day school (OGTS) for up to about 160 children is to be created. For this purpose, approx. 1,141 m2 of Nuf or approx. 1,826 m2 GGF are planned. At the beginning, the existing building, consisting of 3 group rooms, connecting corridors, Gaderoben and Sanitary facilities are canceled. The existing building is at least 35 years old and was constructed as a insulated wooden stand construction with partial basement. A fourth group room was grown on the existing building, which was built in a container construction, consisting of 3 containers. This Containers must be relocated before the start of the new construction. The currently 110 children optionally takes place at school or in the containers during the construction work.
