Description:
The city of Bitburg plans to expand the main school building on the property of the primary school in Bitburg and the construction of a sports and multi-purpose hall with outdoor facilities. Under a sub-area of the sports and multi-purpose hall, a single-storey basement with storage rooms and house technology should be built. An existing sports hall was completely dismantled in the run -up to the new construction measure, including partial basement and the connection between the sports hall and the main school building. The existing school main building is preserved. The property (parcel 1 217/13) has a polygonal floor plan with a total area of 8 .400 m2 and lies between the streets of Kirchweg, Borenweg and the street at the Suedschule.
