- The project started with the implementation of a building construction competition for the replacement new building of the sports hall of the Soederblom-Gymnasium Espelkamp in 2019.Construction management received. In the same year the plans were discontinued due to unexpected additional costs.
A modified planning in 2022 for the new building was created by the GPL to approx. LPH 6are planned by a separate arge for the demolition up to approx. LPH 3.
in September 2022, based on the updated planning, the SJK 2022 funding application was made for the new building and the demolition. In August 2023, the funding in the funding notice is guaranteed by the BBSRmade.
The sponsor has linked this measure to conditions for planning and construction, which can be found in detail from the attached funding notice. The following specifications in the planning and implementation of this construction task must be observed:
