Replacement new elementary school March - object planning Building
The city plans to build a replacement new building for the elementary school in March in the area of today's parking lot next to the kindergarten. The Building comprises a usage area of approx. 520 m2. For the project, a completed service phase 2 of the object planning is available with a deeper cost estimate. It also included a basic determination and cost values for technical equipment (HLS and ELT). According to a City council resolution is intended to be the basis for further processing. Due to the size of the scope, the other services in a procedure according to the VGV must be specified.
The preliminary draft for primary school sees a single -storey building with flat inclined Sable roof. The building is to be connected to the existing kindergarten. In the area of the kindergarten, a conversion is planned to a subordinate scale.
The concept of the preliminary draft and the in -depth cost estimate can be removed from the attached documents.
