- The construction project is currently in the service phase 8, the performance phases 5-7 are successively performed according to the construction progress. The design and approval planning has been carried out, the building permit was granted. The design of the shell construction work started in August 2024 and is currently inthe last trains of completion. The construction work including the completion of the outdoor facilities should be completed by August 2026, the handover to the client is scheduled for 01.09.2026. Description of the planning service to be provided: In the course of this negotiation procedurePlanning office wanted that provides the services of the outdoor facilities described for the implementation of the measure described in accordance with §§ 39 ff. HOAI. The office that has previously been commissioned to plan the free plant planning cannot continue the planning services. A replacement is therefore required at short notice. The performance phases1 to 4 are completed, the service phase 5 is approximately 40 %.
