The development of a preliminary design concept for the building and open space planning of a multifunctional building complex including two daycare centers, HzE accommodation for youth welfare residential groups and another building block of office space for the Leipzig city administration was als non-open interdisciplinary realization competition for architects/engineers with building submission authorization with a preliminary participation competition and subsequent negotiation procedure according to VgV.
