• Description:
• A replacement sports center is planned for the local community of Börßum in the Oderwald municipality. Replacement new sports center in Börßum Due to changed flood situations in the northern Harz foothills, the current sports center is located in Börßum within the flood protection area and has already been flooded several times. The planned replacement building is to be built on the same property, but outside the flood protection area. The new building is approximately 600 m² NUF 1-7, incl. Traffic areas have been approved. The existing preliminary design of the new building envisages two areas of use: Area A with - Meeting rooms with partitions - Gastronomic area Area B with - Changing rooms with sanitary areas including barrier-free ones Sanitary and Changing area - Toilet facilities for guests and visitors - Storage rooms for sports equipment and for property maintenance - Referee room - Office space for club work The preliminary design serves as the basis for further design planning. A revision of the preliminary draft is not planned. The commissioning takes place from service phase 3. Special requirements for the new building: - All entrances to the building and the sports facilities are wheelchair accessible to carry out. - The new building should be made of wooden frames or Wooden panel construction to be built. - The building is to be constructed as an efficiency building KfW40 (plus energy standard).
