Description:
For the weir systems in Bamberg, Neuses, Forchheim, Hausen and Dietfurt on the Main-Danube Canal, There is only one inspection closure for the upstream side. This inspection closure consists of 24 panels, divided into 12 upper and 12 lower panels with supports of different lengths. The weir in Bamberg has three weir fields, and in order to dry a weir field, 24 panels of the inspection closure are required. This means that if 1 weir field out of the total of 3 weir fields, with a span of 18m length, is drained, e.g. B. to carry out a structural inspection or a repair measure, RevV is no longer available for the remaining weir fields. Therefore, this construction site would first have to be dismantled in order to use the RevV for another to make the weir usable again. Services to be carried out according to type and scope: - Comprehensive technical processing of hydraulic steel construction, including planning for test placement. - Manufacture of the steel water components for the complete closures as well as the required components. - Carrying out all corrosion protection work on the closures and the components to be delivered. - Delivery of the manufactured components to the Bamberg weir for a test installation and then relocation to the Neuses branch location for unloading and professional storage. - Removal and installation concept (=instructions). - Upon completion of the service (delivery of the Rev.V.), the contractor must hand over his documentation to the client.
