Initial situation: The EU Data Protection Regulation does not contain any explicit requirements for regulating data processing operations in mechanical learning or in systems of artificial intelligence systems. Only the prohibition of decisions based on completely automated data processing sets special limits to the use of self-learning autonomous systems. Nevertheless, all general requirements of the DSGVO, as soon as artificial intelligence data is processed with passenger reference in systems. The law should protect all fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of natural persons, with further interpretation thus also the right of a person to be exposed to no data-based discrimination. Against this background, the question arises which impact the data protection law has on the development and use of systems of artificial intelligence. 2. Object of the report It is an overall picture to create current ratio of KI and privacy. An inventory should designate current challenges and problems, but at the same time positive results of existing regulation.
