The effectiveness of a drug in a patient depends on various factors. Correct taking of the drug plays an important role. When and how a medicine is taken is the prerequisite for effective and safe drug therapy. Especially with highly effective medicines that can have serious side effects, an application is therefore of particular importance. The nationwide medication plan (BMP) supports patients and their relatives in taking the right medicine at the right time and in the correct way. The BMP lists, among other things, the active ingredient, dosage, an intake and other information on taking. Since the introduction of the BMP, this has become an integral part of a safe drug therapy of many patients.
