Description:
The municipality of Offenberg is currently creating an integrated urban development concept (ISEK). A focus of the implementation of the ISEK and the subject of the competition (implementation part) is the redesign of an agricultural area of approx. 3.53 hectares in the center of Neuhausen.
Goal iThe aim is to create a high-quality mixed use as well as a village and festival square on the site, integrated into the existing townscape. The ideas section includes a section of the old town center in order to create an adequate connection between the new planning and the existing town centeren. There is also a need for reorganization or design due to the upcoming conversion of a vacant property.
