Description:
The district of Ravensburg intends to build a sustainable school for the future with the restructuring of the Ravensburg commercial school in both architectural, ecological and pedagogical terms.
For the 1st phase of the measure, the building physics now Evidence and consulting services according to HOAI, Appendix 1, No. 1.2, LPH 1-3 and 5, a suitable engineering office also wanted with experience in wood/wood hybrid construction.
The required services include:
1. Thermal building physics - thermal insulation and energy balance
2. Building acoustics
3. Space acoustics.
As well as in addition using the "Guide for Sustainable Building", from the district of Ravensburg
- Airtightness concept
-Warming bridge calculation
- Thermal building simulation to assess summer suitability
- Ecclassiastic financial statements according to QNG / including variant examination
- Component catalog
- Participation in Certification processes
- Construction site control
- Sound insulation against outside noise
The assignment should take place gradually.
