Retrofit solution for low-voltage outgoing measurements in substations Retrofit solution for low-voltage outgoing measurements in substations Netze BW GmbH intends to award a framework contract for a measuring system for low-voltage outlets in substations. The aim of this tender is to conclude a framework contract for the implementation of a delivery service and operational management, starting from around October 1st, 2026 and probably ending on September 30th, 2029, with two extension options up to September 30, 2030 and September 30, 2031. The hardware and operational management of the system must be offered in accordance with the enclosed specification.
