Return and new building Faulturm 1 - Los E: Facade work
The scope of services of the advertised work includes the thermal insulation, wall facade and roof covering for lazy tower 1facade -related machine house. These are new buildings. The following facade-related work is planned:
- wall and roof facade for a slick tower with a cylindrical design v = 6,000 m3 with
free and unstable standing folding profiles and thermal insulation witha design value of the thermal conductivity of Lambda = 0.035 W/m*k.
- wall and roof facade for a machine house with approx. 450 m3 converted space and approx. 102 m2 base area with free-shaped and unused standing folding profiles and thermal insulation with a design value of the thermal conductivity ofLambda = 0.035 W/m*k.
- Repair of the wall facade of FAUGENTURM 2 from the 1st construction phase and the wall facade of the lazy sludge memory from the 2nd construction phase. The wall facades
were damaged in the dismantling of the large rotten tower in the 3rd construction phase.
- bird protection for the existingSteel construction stone tower from FAUGENTURM 3 from the 1st phase of construction.
- bird protection for the lazy sludge drainage from faul tower 1 in the existing stair tower.
