The south area includes a lecture hall, tutor rooms and office space. In the north area there are teaching laboratories with appropriate technical equipment Infrastructure. The lifting systems are located on the second basement floor. The sanitary technology centers are located on the first basement floor. The scope of the tender includes the trades KG 410 sanitary systems and KG 475 fire extinguishing systems. KG410 Sanitary facilities: - Plant for fully desalinated water - Separation station for open cooling water circuit with cooling connection approx. 300 kW - Two lifting systems for dirty water - A lifting system for rainwater - Separation station for laboratory water with free outlet container and pressure increase - Laboratory wastewater collection and control system - DN100 wastewater pipe = approx. 300 m - Butt weld sewer pipe = 365 pieces. - Pipe stainless steel pipe DN 15 = approx. 1,110 m - Supply line for VE water made of polypropylene PP beta-nucleated = 460 m - Emergency showers = 21 hours - Washdown toilet sanitary porcelain = 16 pieces.
