Description:
The aim of the project is to check and possibly adjust the currently applicable tax rate and the point system for the period from 1.1.2027. It should be taken into account that a tax rate must be determined for the first time for the fireworks recorded by the levy obligation from 2027. In the review, experience with the methodology used in the measurement of the current tax rates and the point system must be included.
According to the provisions mentioned, the costs to be borne vary depending on the EWK product, which is why every EWK product must be available for a specific cost contribution. The project is intended to show how, according to evaluations of waste and cost analyzes made for the years 2024 and 2025, product-specific delivery rates can be derived and at the same time develop a proposal for the determination of the specific amount of the specific tax rates. In the event of uncertainties in the determination, a range for the product -specific costs should also be mentioned.
