- The subject of this tender is the procurement of a new ship unloader, which is to be understood as lot 3 of the overarching project "Reuter Future Biomass Project".
Within this framework, the new construction of ship unloader 1 (hydraulic crane) including a hopper is planned. According to the planning, the material to be handled includes short rotation plantation wood (KUP), landscape maintenance material (LPM), waste wood A1 - A4.
In addition, the services to be provided include the installation of a new conveyor belt system and dust reduction measures.
Subsequent technical Specifications are planned with reservation as changes are possible:
- (Hydraulic crane) including a hopper that can hold and even out the fuel
- Installation of a new conveyor belt system
- Connected load 400 VAC
- Construction on existing rails: track gauge 7.95 m
- Average discharge capacity 480 m³/h, maximum discharge capacity: 750 m³/h
- Dust reduction measure when ejecting via a spray system (e.g. spraying with water)
- Hydraulic quick change of the grab should be possible (change from multi-shell grab to clamshell grab)
- A funnel should can hold the maximum amount and continuously add the fuel to the quay conveyor via a plate conveyor or similar equalization measure.
