Description:
The subject of the bidding procedure is the appointment of a leasehold on the property, Hauptstrasse 35a, 64668 Rimbach-Zotzenbach (Blatt 625, land register by Zotzenbach, Lfd. No. 938, Flur 5, Flst-No. 5/1) owned by the municipality of Rimbach. It is an area of 5344 m2. The heritage law is ordered for a term of 27 years (2 years of construction plus 25 years of operation of the daycare center). The annual hereditary construction interest is EUR 9,359.00 in accordance with the following calculation: area of the hereditary building property 2674 m2 x EUR 70.00 per square meter x 5 % = EUR 9,359/year
Rimbach municipality - ordering one Leasehold
On the hereditary building property, the hereditary building authority has a ready-to-operate daycare center (5-group daycare center, including 4 standard groups and a toddler group with an expansion option for another group including the outdoor area) in accordance with the legal regulations, in particular of the HKJGB and the relevant development plan to be built by the end of December 2027 at the latest. According to the stipulations of the development plan, the building to be built must only be used to operate a childcare facility. Bidders: the development plan was set for court review by means of a standard control procedure. The owner can currently not make a forecast as long as the procedure will last.
