Ring connection tram line 301 - Planning services LPH 1+2 according to HOA 2021 for transport systems, technical equipment as well as engineering buildings and a subsequent standardized assessment for the entire Gelsenkirchen city area
The city of Gelsenkirchen intends the in -depth planning Expansion of the tram network as part of the "Ring Class line 301" project. The subject of the engineering contract are planning services in the service phases 1 and 2 according to HOAI for two route variants along Grothusstrasse (approx. 6 km) and the Hans-Boeckler-Allee (approx. 6.7 km). The goal is that Comparative evaluation of both variants and the development of a preferred variant. This should then be subjected to a standardized assessment in order to be able to make well -founded statements about economy, eligibility and feasibility. The services include in particular the object planning transport systems (§ 47 HOAI), the technical equipment (§55 HOAI) and engineering structures (§ 43 HOAI). The measure serves to strengthen local public transport, the support of the traffic transition and the achievement of urban climate goals and are based on the local transport plan and the Mobility Mobility of the city of Gelsenkirchen.
