Ringstr. 64-New construction of daycare, open space planner
In the new four-group daycare center, two U3 groups and two Ue3 groups are to be accommodated. This is realized by a two-storey new building, whereby the two Ue3 groups preferably accommodated on the upper floorwill be.
From the department 10 (youth) there is a valid room book that will be the basis for the draft. (See Appendix 6)
A construction site of 40m * 20m has been set by the planning office of the city of Moers. (see Appendix 3.2) Should any problems during the planning phaseresult, small deviations from the given external dimension of the construction site are possible - with consultation with the responsible planning office.
The outdoor area of the future daycare center is created southeast of the new daycare center and southwest of the gym. (See Appendix 3.2)
