- Two U3 groups and two Ue3 groups are to be accommodated in the new four-group daycare center. This is implemented by a two-storey new building, whereby the two Ue3 groups will preferably be accommodated on the upper floor. From the department 10 (youth) there is a valid room book,the basis for the draft. (See Appendix 6) A construction office of 40m * 20m has been determined by the planning office of the city of Moers. (see Appendix 3.2) If any problems arise during the planning phase, there are low deviations from the specified external dimension of the construction sitepossible - in consultation with the responsible planning office. The outdoor area of the future daycare center will be created southeast of the new daycare center and southwest of the gym. (See Appendix 3.2)
